Phytochemical investigation of Huernia saudi-arabica aerial partshas resulted in separation and identification of a pregnane glycoside, russelioside B, as its first report from this plant species, using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques. Additionally, the flavonoid glycoside, luteolin 4'-O-β-D-neohesperidoside was also isolated and identified.
